Shipping Returns and others
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you'd like your order shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select, you must choose your desired option when you check out in the shopping cart. If you have an urgent order, it's best to shoot us an email or call us to let us know that it's urgent.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please be aware that the processing time is in addition to the shipping times you see at the checkout. Orders will ship from Austin Texas. Art4Fight is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Art4Fight is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Please be aware that only USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes
REJECTED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to Art4Fight. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to feel delighted with your purchase! But if anything doesn’t work for you, we’ll help you exchange or return with an easy process! Please be mindful of our return and exchange policies:
Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@art4fight.com. We’ll send you a return form to fill out and send it to us for evaluation. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at shop@art4fight.com for instruction how to exchange your item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please remember that the major credit card bank takes 3 to 10 days to process a refund, and we can’t control that.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Art4Fight is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery, tracking number, and/or insurance of purchase value. Art4Fight merchandise shipped internationally might be subjected to local customs and tax laws which we are not responsible for.
